Individual Consultant to develop a Non-Revenue Water Action Plan and provide technical support for implementation

The assignment requires an individual consultant to develop a Non-Revenue Water Action Plan and Monitor the Implementation of the Action Plan. The service is for the Guyana Climate Resilient Water Infrastructure Improvement Program (GCRWIIP). The duration of the individual consulting service will be for a period of Fourteen (14) Months. The NRW Plan will review the NRW activities already being undertaken by GWI and recommend practical improvements in relation to staffing, skills, tools and information systems. It will prepare a prioritized and practical NRW Action Plan for the Project Areas, including establishment of a workable governance structure, staffing, priority activities, reporting and decision-making framework, and shall include validated NRW baseline and reduction targets. The consultant will provide technical guidance in developing the terms of reference and functional requirements for a GSM and cloud-based district meter area monitoring system that captures daily flow, pressure and other key NRW performance data.
