The essentials to know before choosing your plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is GYD 0 forever and includes open and historical tenders and procurement opportunities from public, private and other buyers across Guyana, including tender documents. Pro adds advanced search, alerts and more detailed procurement intelligence.

Can I save searches and set default filters?

Yes. Pro includes named searches with keywords and filters, a personal default search and instant email, WhatsApp and push alerts for new matching tenders. Pro also includes shared team searches within Business Profiles. Each teammate chooses their own default and alert subscriptions. Existing search results and history, including bid openings and awards, remain available without sending a backlog of alerts. Explicit search links and Clear filters override your default.

Can I try Pro before paying?

Pro does not include a free trial. You can start with the Starter plan without a card, then upgrade when you are ready.

How and when will I be billed?

For a card subscription, the first billing cycle is charged when you subscribe. Renewal charges follow the billing period you select.

The payment methods currently available for each billing period are shown directly beneath its price. Yearly subscriptions are billed once per year.

Card payments are securely processed by Whop, Inc., a New York-based payment processor. Charges on your statement appear as WHOP*TENDERSG.

When bank transfer is available for the plan you select, the payment instructions are provided during checkout.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Manage your plan and payment method in your tenders.gy billing settings. You can review the price and effective date before confirming a change.

What changes with Pro 2X and Pro 4X?

All Pro sizes include the same features and Priority support. Pro starts with 1 Business Profile, 2 seats including the owner and 3 tender publications per month. Pro 2X doubles these allowances and Pro 4X quadruples them. Publication allowances reset each calendar month in Guyana time, including on annual billing. Unused allowances do not roll over. Submitted tenders are reviewed before publication.
