tenders.gy is an information and discovery service. We are not a procuring entity, procurement regulator, tender issuer, bidder, broker or professional adviser. We do not issue, administer, evaluate or award the opportunities shown on the platform unless a notice expressly identifies tenders.gy or Topaz Interactive as the buyer.

Listings may be compiled from publicly available websites, portals, newspapers, documents and other publications, as well as information supplied by buyers or other authorized parties.

2. Original notices and documents are authoritative

Information displayed on tenders.gy—including titles, summaries, dates, values, categories, buyer details and eligibility information—is provided for discovery and convenience. The original notice, addenda, procurement documents and instructions issued by the buyer remain authoritative.

Before taking action, asking questions or submitting a bid, you should open the attached source, review the original documents and confirm the requirements, closing date, submission method and contact details directly with the buyer.

3. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every opportunity will be captured or that any listing will always be complete, accurate, current or available. Source information may be incomplete, changed, corrected, extended, withdrawn or published late without notice to us.

We do not guarantee that an alert, digest or notification will be sent, received or opened before a deadline. Email, WhatsApp, internet, source-site and other third-party service interruptions may delay or prevent delivery.

4. AI matching and automated classifications

AI matching uses information in your business profile together with listing data, categories, keywords and preferences to identify potentially relevant opportunities. Automated matching, summaries and classifications may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, may surface an irrelevant opportunity or may fail to identify one that is relevant.

A match is not a recommendation, an assessment of eligibility or a prediction that your bid will succeed. You remain responsible for reviewing the original notice and deciding whether an opportunity is suitable for your business.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own due diligence, bid/no-bid decisions, clarifications, pricing, approvals, documents, submissions and deadlines. Nothing on tenders.gy is legal, financial, tax, procurement or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate independent advice where necessary.

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, win or earn revenue from any opportunity found through the platform.

6. Third-party websites and documents

tenders.gy may link to websites, portals, files and services operated by buyers and other third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accessibility, privacy practices or terms. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. No affiliation or endorsement

Unless expressly stated otherwise, tenders.gy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government entity, state-owned company, private company or other procuring entity.

Displaying a buyer, supplier, organization, logo, notice or award does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement of tenders.gy. It also does not imply that tenders.gy endorses the listed organization or opportunity.

8. Ownership of source material

Original notices, procurement documents, names, logos and other source materials remain the property of their respective issuers or rights holders. tenders.gy does not claim ownership of third-party source material.

Topaz Interactive retains rights in the tenders.gy platform, branding, software, design, original summaries, organization of data and other original material, subject to applicable law and our Terms of service.

9. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove sources, listings, features or delivery channels as the platform develops. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tenders.gy and Topaz Interactive are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, changed or unavailable information; missed deadlines or opportunities; failed or delayed alerts; rejected or unsuccessful bids; procurement decisions; or third-party websites, documents and services.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional limitations in our Terms of service also apply.

11. Corrections and removal requests

If you believe a listing is inaccurate, outdated, confidential, unlawfully published or infringes your rights, email hello@tenders.gy. Include the listing URL, the information at issue, supporting details and your relationship to the buyer or material. We will review reasonable requests and take appropriate action where warranted.

12. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer as the platform, its sources or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

13. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Guyana. Any dispute relating to it is subject to the dispute provisions in our Terms of service.
