Refund and cancellation policy
Effective date: 20 October 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you may cancel a tenders.gy subscription and request a refund. It applies to payments by card through Whop, MMG Mobile Money and bank transfer, and should be read with our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
1. First-payment refund window
If tenders.gy is not right for you, contact hello@tenders.gy within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to explain why you are cancelling.
This guarantee applies once per customer for the first paid subscription payment. It does not restart when you change plans or renew. It applies to the first payment whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.
2. Free access and earlier trials
The Starter plan does not require payment. New Pro subscriptions do not include a free trial. If you began a trial under an earlier offer, its original terms continue to apply. The 14-day refund window begins with your first paid subscription payment, not with free access or installation of the web app.
3. Annual plans
The first-payment full-refund guarantee above takes priority when it applies. Otherwise, annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if you contact us within 30 days of the annual payment. After 30 days, you may still cancel, but access normally continues until the end of the current annual paid period and no partial refund is due, except where required by law or another exception in section 9 applies.
4. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions qualify for the first-payment full refund when requested within the 14-day window in section 1. After that window, you may cancel at any time, normally effective at the end of the current monthly paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days after the first-payment window, except where required by law or another exception in section 9 applies.
5. Payment methods and refund requests
The same eligibility windows apply to card, MMG and bank-transfer payments. Contact hello@tenders.gy with your account email, plan, payment date and payment or receipt reference. Do not send card-security codes, passwords, MMG PINs or one-time approval codes.
- Card payments: we review service-related refund requests and arrange approved refunds through Whop. Whop’s payment procedures and Buyer Terms apply to processing the reversal. Topaz Interactive remains responsible for the tenders.gy service and this refund policy.
- MMG Mobile Money: support verifies the original payment and the available reversal method. A requested or pending reversal is not treated as a completed refund until its outcome is verified. We do not promise an instant or automatic wallet refund. If an approved refund cannot be returned through the original method, we will confirm a suitable verified arrangement with you.
- Bank transfer: we may need to verify the originating account and payer before returning funds. An invoice, payment report or receipt upload alone does not establish that we received the transfer.
6. Cancellation and renewal
Cancel through the available Plan and billing controls or contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless a refund or another permitted action changes access, your paid features remain available until then. Requesting cancellation does not itself request or approve a refund, and requesting a refund does not itself confirm cancellation. Check Billing or ask support to confirm the outcome.
- Cards: cancellation stops future automatic subscription renewals, subject to charges already initiated. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
- MMG: each payment requires approval in MMG. A saved wallet allows scheduled renewal requests, not automatic debits. Removing the wallet or disabling renewal requests is separate from cancelling the subscription; you may still arrange a manual renewal through Billing.
- Bank transfer: renewal requires another transfer. Renewal invoices are normally prepared from seven days before a monthly renewal and 30 days before a yearly renewal. Preparing an invoice does not debit your account. Cancellation stops further renewal invoices, but payments already sent may still need reconciliation.
Eligible bank-transfer and MMG renewals have a five-day payment grace period after the current paid period ends. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline shown in Billing, the subscription is cancelled and paid access ends. The grace period is not a free trial, does not extend the refund window and does not apply to a subscription already cancelled for the end of its paid period. Renewal paid during grace normally runs from the original renewal date. Card retry and access rules are handled separately.
Uninstalling the web app, turning off notifications, deleting a Business Profile or requesting account deletion is separate from cancelling a paid subscription. A cancellation or refund does not automatically delete your account, saved information or other personal data. See our Data Deletion page for those requests.
7. Refund processing
We review eligible requests and initiate refunds within two business days after confirming the payment and the applicable refund method. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Provider processing and verification are separate from our initiation of the refund. For cards or bank payments, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on the bank or issuer. MMG timing depends on the available reversal method and provider confirmation. We will explain any verified alternative needed to complete an approved refund.
8. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount or charged after cancelling, contact us as soon as possible. Switching payment methods or abandoning a checkout does not reverse a payment already made. We will investigate payment records and correct billing errors. You can also contact Whop about card-processing problems or your payment provider about its transaction. Nothing here limits applicable bank or card-dispute rights.
9. Exceptions and legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may consider exceptional circumstances, billing errors or service failures fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be refused where a request is fraudulent, abusive, duplicative or inconsistent with the payment records. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Questions
Write to hello@tenders.gy if this policy does not answer your question. We will review your request and aim to resolve it fairly.
