Lease of an Operations Facility in Guyana

Tucker Energy Services Guyana Inc. (TESGI) provides integrated oilfield services to Guyana’s petroleum sector. TESGI is seeking an operations facility close to the Guyana Shore Base under a lease arrangement and invites owners or agents with a suitable property to contact TESGI and prequalify. Only respondents that pass prequalification will receive the full requirements, which will be issued under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The facility must include, at a minimum, a two-storey administration and office building of approximately 20,000 sq.ft. It must also include a workshop and warehouse complex with three independently usable operating zones of approximately 60,000 sq.ft. The minimum facility requirements further include an associated yard suitable for heavy-vehicle access and laydown of approximately 40,000 sq.ft. The reference site should provide approximately two acres of office/workshop space and one acre of industrial laydown. The facility should be ready for move in within six (6) months of agreement between the parties. Mandatory criteria include being within 25 km of the Guyana Shore Base (East Bank Demerara preferred), being able to obtain chemicals and hazardous materials permits, being in full compliance with Guyana’s legal and regulatory agencies, and being free from liens and encumbrances. Additional mandatory criteria require TESGI to be the only tenant, a full valid Local Content Certificate, valid GRA tax clearances, and readiness for occupation within six months of agreement.
