Request for information -Corporate Residential Lease

Oceaneering Overseas Limited is requesting information and formal proposals from qualified real estate owners, developers, and property managers to lease a fully furnished, 3-bedroom or greater residential property to serve as executive staff housing. The expected lease structure is a fixed two (2) year term with an optional right of renewal. The landlord must manage and maintain internet/cable TV, water supply charges, homeowners association (HOA) fees, and full landscaping/grass cutting services as included services. The landlord must provide, fuel, and maintain an on-site backup generator. Basic electricity must be paid by the landlord per month, and any electricity usage over a cap threshold will be billed to the tenant in subsequent months with official proof from the Guyana Power and Light (GPL). Additional property requirements include a laundry room, CCTV, and parking space.
