Pay with MMG and check its status

Pay by QR or number

Choose MMG Mobile Money at checkout, then Pay by QR or number if both routes are offered. Open MMG and scan the QR code, or pay the displayed number. Check the recipient name and send the exact order amount.

Return to tenders.gy and enter the transaction ID from your MMG confirmation or upload a receipt screenshot or PDF. Choose I’ve paid — submit for review. Your plan activates after the payment is verified, and we email you a confirmation.

If we need more information, open the same payment from Payment history and update the transaction ID or receipt. If you have already paid, do not send another payment.

Request in app, when available

Choose MMG Mobile Money at checkout, enter your MMG number and choose Pay with MMG. Check the plan and amount before continuing. A request is sent to your wallet; payment requires you to approve it in your MMG app. Never enter your MMG PIN or app password on tenders.gy.

After you approve

Return to checkout and use the payment status controls if the page is still checking. Keep the order reference and MMG request or transaction reference. The request identifier shown in an app notification can differ from the completed transaction or receipt identifier, so retain both when asking for help.

If the app says success but checkout is pending

Recheck the same attempt and contact support with the order reference, completed app transaction ID, amount and time. Do not immediately pay again or switch methods if money may already have moved. Saving a wallet for renewal does not authorize automatic approval: each future MMG request still needs your approval in the app.

If the payment request never arrives

Check that you entered the correct MMG number and open the MMG app. If checkout offers Try MMG again and you have not approved the earlier request, use it to start a new attempt. If you already approved a payment, use Check payment status or contact support first. Keep the order references so you can distinguish the attempts.

Renewing a manual MMG payment

Your renewal instructions appear in Plan and billing. We email you when payment is due if renewal reminders are enabled. Manual MMG does not debit your wallet automatically. Pay the amount shown and submit the transaction ID or receipt for review.

Cancel your subscription in Plan and billing to stop future renewal reminders and keep paid access until your paid period ends. A payment you have already sent still needs to be checked.
