Cancel your subscription or downgrade to Starter
Keep paid access until the paid period ends, then stop renewing.

Find cancellation easily
Open Plan and billing and scroll to the cancellation section at the bottom of Overview. Review the details and confirm Cancel subscription. You can also choose a downgrade to Starter from the available plan options. The account owner manages subscription changes.
What happens to paid access
Cancellation stops renewal and keeps your paid access until the end of the current paid period. The account then becomes Starter. Your records remain saved, although Pro tools and team access depend on the new plan. Cancellation does not by itself refund payments already made.
What happens to payments
For card subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal charges. For MMG, it stops future renewal requests; for bank transfer, it stops renewal reminders. If you no longer want to pay an MMG request already on your phone, decline it. Contact support about money you have already sent. Check the cancellation confirmation in billing for the date your paid access ends.
