Provision of Security Services for GTTCI Facilities – Port Mourant, Berbice

Uniteam Marine (Guyana) Inc. issues this Request for Information (RFI) to seek detailed information from suppliers capable of meeting GTTCI’s requirements for regular security services at its facilities in Port Mourant, Berbice, Guyana. The security services cover FacTor and the GTTCI Track-1 and Admin Building in Port Mourant, Berbice, with trained, licensed and suitably supervised security personnel provided in accordance with a staffing plan, post assignments and duty roster. The supplier must control and monitor access to the facilities, including verification of employees, trainees, contractors, visitors, vehicles and deliveries, and provide security coverage 24/7 in accordance with the agreed schedule. The supplier is also required to conduct routine foot and/or mobile patrols and promptly report unusual or suspicious activity to the Training Centre Manager, and to be solely responsible for providing all resources necessary to perform the security services.
