Provision of Integrated Housing and Relocation Services for Personnel in Georgetown, the East Coast and the East Bank of Demerara

MODEC Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified suppliers capable of providing integrated housing and relocation services for personnel in Georgetown, the East Coast and the East Bank of Demerara. The selected supplier may be required to provide property search, shortlisting, viewing coordination and lease negotiation, as well as lease administration, renewals, and terminations. It may also include management and payment of rent, utilities, estate fees and other approved housing expenses; utility setup and related relocation assistance, including banking, schools, tax identification and shipping coordination when required; routine maintenance with third-party vendor coordination and work-order management and verification of completed works; and a dedicated tenant and landlord support service with a 24/7 emergency contact line.
