Save and verify your number
Open Alerts & Notifications, choose your country and enter your WhatsApp number. Give consent, then save and send the verification code. Enter the six-digit code on the site and choose Verify number. Check that the page confirms the number is verified.
If the code or alert does not arrive
Check the country code and number, and make sure the number is active in WhatsApp. Wait for the resend timer before requesting another code. Instant WhatsApp alerts require Pro plus the relevant alert preference; saved-search WhatsApp also needs its subscription selected. Connecting a number does not send historical search results.
If you previously replied STOP
WhatsApp delivery is paused after an opt-out. Follow the re-opt-in steps in your settings and confirm the fresh code before expecting alerts again. Team members do not inherit another member’s WhatsApp number or consent. When contacting support, describe the missing alert and time without sharing the code.
