Start watching
Open a supplier profile and choose Watch this supplier. Pro is required for supplier tracking and its alerts. Turn on the bell beside the watch button if you want personal instant alerts. Other team members choose their own bells. Watching is for monitoring procurement activity; it does not contact the supplier.
Choose where updates arrive
Open Alerts & Notifications and enable supplier activity for the channels you want. Email and WhatsApp must be verified, and push must be enabled on the device. Choose Weekly email if you prefer activity in the digest. Each team member uses their own delivery settings.
Review or stop watching
Open Watched suppliers to review activity and Manage suppliers to manage your list. Alerts depend on new records becoming available to tenders.gy; a quiet feed does not prove the supplier is inactive. Removing a watch does not remove its public profile or recorded history.
