Track tenders and understand the Starter limit
Keep a shortlist of three tenders on Starter or track without limits on Pro.

Track an opportunity
Open a tender and choose Track tender. Tracked tenders belong to the active Business Profile, so check which profile you are working in. Return to Tracked tenders to find them again. Team members with access to the same profile can see its tracked tenders on an eligible Pro plan.
When Starter reaches three
Starter lets you track up to three tenders at once. The Tracked tenders page shows how many slots you have used. Stop tracking one to make room for another, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited tracking. Removing an item from the shortlist does not delete the public notice. Your tracking slots are separate from the three initial AI match previews.
What Pro tracking adds
Pro adds deadline reminders and updates for linked public-sector bid openings and awards. Track the tender, turn on its bell, and choose the delivery channels you want in Alerts & Notifications. You can leave the bell off and still keep the tender in your shortlist. Updates depend on results being available; tracking does not submit a bid.
