Understand tender review, approval and rejection

Know what happens between submission and publication.

Read the status in your tender list

Publish tenders shows your submitted notices, their submission or publication date and closing date. A notice waiting for review has not necessarily been published. Use the available actions to inspect it rather than submitting another copy of the same opportunity.

When a decision is made

We email you when a notice is approved or rejected. If rejected, read the feedback, correct the relevant details and submit it again when ready. If approved and published, use View under Actions, or the linked title where available, to open the public page.

If review seems delayed

Check the latest status on the site and your inbox, including spam. Contact support with the tender title and submission details if you need clarification. Approval confirms publication on tenders.gy; it does not endorse your procurement terms or replace your responsibility for accurate instructions and fair deadlines.
