A saved profile does not mean instant results
You can open your Dashboard while we find matches for your profile. Results depend on suitable open opportunities being available, so a specialist business may see fewer matches or none at first. You can also search tenders yourself while waiting. If the page continues to show that matching is in progress, contact support with your Business Profile name.
Check the information you supplied
Open Business Profile and make sure the description names your real products and services. Choose specific experience areas rather than a slogan or a long combined phrase.
Check the page as well as your inbox
Open AI matches to check your results. If matches are visible but the first-match email is missing, check that your account email is verified and look in spam or junk. For later instant alerts or digests, also check Alerts & Notifications. Locked results on Starter mean you have reached the preview allowance; upgrade to Pro to view more.
